2020 NODA AWARD WINNER – THE CONSTANCE POWER TROPHY
The highly acclaimed 2006 rock musical Spring Awakening was the perfect choice for our first performance at the Stockwell Playhouse in Vauxhall.
Based on Wedekind’s 19th century German play of the same name, this smaller fourth Cygnet show aimed to create more performance opportunities for our members as well as tackling the ground-breaking shows that Cygnets has become known for. With a vibrant and energetic 13-person cast, and a show that won eight Tony awards, four Oliviers and a Grammy, we think this was a great choice!
